Mary Forsberg, the mother and ex-wife of the late rocker’s two children, has filed documents in Los Angeles seeking to be named the executor of his estate, TMZ reports. Weiland was married to Jamie Wachtel when he passed away last month from an accidental drug and alcohol overdose. To substantiate her claim that her Weiland named her as executor, Forsberg filed a will written in April 2007 with his signature as proof. The couple split several months after the will was filed. Caitlyn Jenner is one step closer to putting a fatal car crash behind her. The reality star reached a settlement on Monday with Jessica Steindorff, who was driving one of the four cars involved in the tragic Pacific Coast Highway accident back in February that left one woman dead, TMZ is reporting. Steindorff, a Hollywood agent who represents Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio, sued Jenner in June after she claimed the accident caused her serious medical injuries and lost wages.
